Our Program

Get the knowledge, skill and hands-on training you need to explore a wide range of rewarding career opportunities as a mental health aide, community organizer, addictions counsellor, crisis intervention worker and more. You’ll graduate with strong outreach and communication skills to help affect change in the community. The Internship component of the program pairs with a business or organization that’s directly related to your studies, giving you valuable insight and real-world experience that will help you achieve your career goals.

We offer comprehensive classes in a wide variety of crucial topics, including Psychology, Mental Health and Criminology and Addictions. We also include communications courses on Interviewing Techniques, Effective Team Work, Community Research and Counselling to encourage a professional yet empathetic approach to vulnerable clients.

Our Career Services includes resume and cover letter writing, networking and interviewing tips and ongoing employment assistance after graduation.
